The All-on-X

Dental Procedure

The All-on-X procedure is an advanced dental solution that uses four or more strategically placed dental implants to permanently restore a full arch of teeth. It's a stable, natural-looking, and long-lasting alternative to traditional dentures.

Key Benefits

- Restored Function: The procedure restores your ability to chew and speak with confidence.

- Permanent Solution: Unlike removable dentures, All-on-X provides a fixed, stable, and durable solution.

- Jawbone Preservation: The implants stimulate bone growth, which helps preserve jawbone integrity.

Your Treatment Journey

Your All-on-X treatment journey requires two separate visits to ensure proper healing and long-term success.

First Visit (3-day minimum)

- Day 1: Diagnostics and Planning: This day includes a comprehensive oral exam, 3D imaging, and standard radiographs to create a customized, computer-guided surgical plan.

- Day 2: Surgical Procedures: Your dentist will perform any necessary tooth extractions and bone grafting. They will then place the titanium dental implants to create a stable foundation.

- Day 3: Post-Operative Evaluation: Before you depart, a thorough check-up will be conducted to assess the surgical site.

Healing Period (4–6 months)

During this time, the implants fuse with your jawbone in a process called osseointegration. We'll schedule regular check-ups to ensure proper healing.

Final Visit

This visit focuses on the placement of your final, permanent prosthesis. We will take final impressions and confirm the fit, aesthetics, and structural integrity of your new teeth. The prosthesis is then securely fastened, and we adjust your bite for optimal comfort.

Aftercare & Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and warranty of your All-on-X restoration, you must:

⟡ Schedule annual dental check-ups and denture maintenance.

⟡ Practice good oral hygiene by brushing twice a day and using a Waterpik.

⟡ Avoid harmful habits like grinding your teeth or chewing on hard objects.

Pricing and Additional Costs

The standard price for one arch is $10,000 USD.

⟡ Initial Payment: $6,000 USD (due at the start of the procedure).

⟡ Second Payment: $4,000 USD (due 4–6 months after the initial payment).

**Please note that this is subject to change depending on your specific needs, such as the need for a sinus lift or bone grafts.

Individual Dental Implants

A dental implant is a sophisticated restorative solution designed to replace a missing tooth. It functions as an artificial tooth root, surgically placed into the jawbone to provide a stable foundation for a replacement tooth or dental bridge. This procedure is a viable option for individuals who have lost a tooth due to injury, periodontal disease, or other factors. We utilize premium implant brands, including Hiossen and Straumann, to ensure the highest quality of care and long-term success.

Your Treatment Journey

The following details the typical stages and estimated duration for each visit. Please be aware that an early arrival and late departure are recommended for each appointment to ensure the successful completion of the treatment.

1. First Appointment

Initial Consultation: A comprehensive oral evaluation is conducted, including a review of X-rays (panoramic, regular, and 3D CT scan) to assess your dental and bone structure.

Treatment Planning: The doctor will present a detailed treatment plan and review the surgical procedure with you.

Surgical Placement: If necessary, a tooth extraction is performed, followed by the surgical placement of the titanium dental implant.

2. Second Appointment

Healing Assessment: The implant's integration and healing are evaluated.

Abutment Placement: A dental abutment, which serves as a connector between the implant and crown, is placed onto the implant.

Impressions: Impressions are taken to fabricate the final dental crown.

3. Third Appointment

Crown Placement: The final dental crown is placed.

Final Adjustments: The crown is fitted and adjusted as needed to ensure proper bite alignment and comfort.

**Note: The cost of a recent CT scan or 3D tomography is not included in the treatment cost. These diagnostic images are essential for our doctors to evaluate the current condition of your bone and sinuses before the procedure.
